I'm Gareth Morgan and have worked in the construction industry since 1999. My experience has, for the most part, been as a building inspector, checking plans and building work for compliance with the Building Regulations. I've always had an interest in architectural design and in 2023 attained qualifications in 2D CAD design and set up Bespoke Building Design.
Based in the Cyncoed area of Cardiff, I provide a Planning and Building Regulations design service throughout South Wales. I’m able to offer a personal ‘bespoke’ service to meet the individual needs of my clients. I have extensive project experience on extensions, loft conversions, garages / conversions, porches and more.
